My name is Pearl Modine.

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM but am currently based in Austin, TX while I complete my graduate degree at UT Austin!

 

I am passionate about creation and storytelling and have always loved reading, art, and sewing.

 I am drawn to clothing as I believe every piece tells a detailed story about the wearer. What we choose to dress ourselves in is a massive statement to the world we reside in.

In 2023, I graduated from the University of New Mexico, with a BFA in Design and Technology for Performance (Costuming).

While at UNM, I worked hard and learned a lot about design and garment construction; which you can explore through the tabs above!

In summer 2022 I worked a season stitching and dressing at Santa Fe Opera, which pushed me far beyond my previous limits. I got to interact with so many talented people and I am so grateful for the whole experience.
